That is why it is important to find new things that make you feel good about yourself, things that give you a renewed sense of meaning and purpose.

To feel your best it is important to support and strengthen your health with regular exercise, a healthy diet, good sleep, and positivity.
It is important to get exercise in any way that you can, not only it is good for your health and body but it is also essential for your mental health. Avoid the trap of comparing your exercise efforts to those of others, even others with similar disabilities. Do not harm your mental state by discouraging yourself by comparing where you are today to where you were pre-disability.
When you’re battling physical limitations or health complications, healthy nutrition is important. Focus on quality sources such as organic produce, meat, dairy products, and a good portion of all nutritions and proteins. You should also minimize your sugar and carbs intake.
Drink plenty of water so that your body stays hydrated. Plenty of water intake is so essential to make feel your body healthy and good.
4:Focus on your Abilities, not your Disabilities
Most times when people look at others with a disability, they only see what they cannot do. Everyone’s disability is different. So there is no one formula to overcome a disability, that will work for all. Some of the things, you can do are within your control. You don’t have to let disability hold you back from success.
